Product Fault

In the event that an item you have purchased from MR SIMPLE is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose (a “Fault”), please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product with full details, including which item the Fault relates to, the date when you purchased and the corresponding voucher number / order number, and the nature of the Fault. MR SIMPLE reserves the right to make the determination as to whether a Fault exists with the product.

2.       The product does not function as described in its manufacturer.
3.       The product does not match with the specifications and description that stated in website.
4.       Wrong item delivered to buyer.
5.       Missing item or parts which has been indicated in the packaging.
1.       Warranty seal damaged or broken.
2.       Water damaged.
3.       Clearance or promotion products and free gifts.
4.       All kinds of audio and video products.
5.       All kinds of E-books, E-journal, E-coupons, reload coupons.
6.       All kinds of reading material.
7.       All kinds of software, device operating system.
8.       Apparel such as T-shirt, jacket etc.

Return Process
1.  Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of product to approve your return
2.  Return approved product back to MR SIMPLE office, we provides refund the return shipping fee to you.
3.  After we confirm receipt of returned product, a product exchange will be made within 14 days.

A point to remember:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the merchant does not have any more stock, you may wait until they are able to source additional items or request a refund.
